FHIR-based Antimicrobial Resistance One Health Surveillance (FAMROHS) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan standardisasi data dan interoperabilitas di seluruh sektor kesehatan manusia, hewan, dan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini selaras dengan Strategi Nasional Pengendalian AMR Indonesia (2025–2029) serta kerangka kerja Global Antimicrobial Resistance and Use Surveillance Systems (GLASS), dengan menekankan pendekatan One Health untuk mendorong kolaborasi lintas sektor. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan perluasan panduan teknis interoperabilitas (disebut playbook) agar mencakup metodologi analisis data, pemberian dukungan teknis kepada fasilitas dengan keterbatasan sumber daya agar dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan, serta pelaksanaan uji coba implementasi bertahap di berbagai wilayah guna menyempurnakan penerapan playbook tersebut.
